Aeroflot Flight 141 was an international passenger flight from Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, Soviet Union, to Prague Ruzyně Airport in Prague, Czechoslovakia. On 19 February 1973, the Tupolev Tu-154 flying this route crashed approximately 1.5 kilometers (0.93 miles; 0.81 nautical miles) short of runway 25 (now runway 24) at Prague Ruzyně Airport. While most passengers initially survived the impact, many perished in the subsequent fire. Of the 87 passengers and 13 crew members on board, 62 passengers and 4 crew members were killed.
